Reyes syndrome:

A rare but fatal condition involving the brain and liver. Its cause is unknown, but studies have linked it to the use of aspirin during a viral infection. After the infection, children may at first suffer persistent nausea and vomiting, followed by hyperactivity, sleepiness, stupor, convulsion, and coma.
