  • The B2 project is a collection of tools for building intelligent dialog systems, especially systems for intelligent tutoring.
  • The ColTrain project aims to research methods for enhancing the ability of people and computer systems to collaborate in learning and understanding complex information for training.
  • The Arguer Project addresses the problem of detecting arguments in dialog and constructing appropriate rebuttals.
  • LEAF (Layman Education and Activation Form) aims to create a more informed and "activated patient'' by extending the normal activity of filling in a medical history form to include educational activities that help patients understand the terminology of the form and suggest topics that they might want to discuss with their doctor.
